Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Office Administrator at our Cranston location. The ideal candidate will be someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and is looking to grow within the company. You will be responsible for patient intake, clinic operations, provider support, and maintaining an efficient, friendly environment.

This full-time role may also involve supporting our call center, making and receiving patient calls, providing tech support, and assisting with post-evaluation steps.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $18 per hour
  • 15–30 hours per week
  • Must be available to work flexible schedule that will include both weekdays and weekends
  • After a 3-month review, there is potential for expanded responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Intake & Front Desk Support: Greet patients, guide them through the intake process, and assist with required forms
  • Post-Evaluation Follow-Up: Provide patients with support and instructions after their evaluation
  • Clinic Operations: Assist with scheduling, managing patient flow, and opening/closing procedures
  • Technical Support: Offer basic tech assistance to patients and providers using clinic platforms
  • Clinic Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Partner Outreach: Help identify and maintain relationships with local dispensary partners
  • Medical Cannabis Education: Support patient understanding of medical cannabis certifications and state registration

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
  • Previous administrative or clinical support experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the cannabis industry is a bonus
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and able to provide basic troubleshooting
  • Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to adhering to scheduled hours

Leave & Attendance Policy:

Employees must request any time off in advance through our designated scheduling system. Unscheduled absences should be communicated as early as possible and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Consistent punctuality and adherence to the posted schedule are essential for this role.
