Job Description & Requirements Start Date: 9/8/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hr days, 40 hrs/week
Shift Notes: May be required to cover as shift supervisor as needed
On-Call: None
Weekends/Holidays: As needed; holidays as required
Experience:
Minimum 3 years successful leadership experience
Proven conflict resolution skills
Acute care hospital operational experience, including emergency/trauma and critical care situations
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Certifications:
ACLS (AHA)
BLS (AHA)
State License: Massachusetts RN License
COVID-19 Requirement: Vaccination (dose on/after 10/3/23) OR approved exemption (mask required if exempt)
