MedAdventures is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in Loveland, OH . This is a fantastic opportunity for an OT who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is passionate about helping residents regain independence, mobility, and quality of life.

You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to deliver therapy services that focus on restoring function, improving daily living skills, and supporting long-term wellness for a diverse geriatric population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, safety, and functional mobility
• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and facility standards
• Reassess and adjust care plans as needed based on resident progress
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on therapeutic strategies and safe use of adaptive equipment
• Accurately document services provided and outcomes in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
