Job Details: • Work as the sole provider in the center seeing approximately 20 patients per shift Treat both adult and pediatric patients ages 6 months and up • Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other urgent care procedures • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system is required for all patient documentation • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when working with support staff and patients • Work alongside center manager, medical assistants, and patient service associates • Supervising physician available offsite for APPs • No call requirements • Must complete clinical interview, EMR training, and onboarding before first solo shift • Minimum 12 months of urgent care or relevant experience required • Must maintain board certification (MD/DO, NCCPA, or NP boards) and BLS certification • Cannot be a new graduate • May be asked to support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius of residence • Valid North Carolina license required •
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
