Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients in person
Collect demographic and financial data for registration
Document issues and resolutions in electronic medical records
Resolve claim issues or registration errors
Collect co-pays or deductibles and respond to financial assistance queries
Assist patients with financial assistance applications
Gather medical record information as needed
Provide customer service for inbound and outbound calls
Mentor other staff as needed
Required Qualifications
6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare or related fields
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Ability to work standard daytime hours, Monday - Friday for the first 3 weeks after hire
Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday starting between 6:00am – 9:00am
Ability to work every other weekend
Must be 18 years of age or older
