Key Responsibilities
Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support
Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs
Provide parent education and problem solving to help clients reach their potential
Adapt to change with flexibility and seek opportunities for growth
Proactively communicate and create a safe environment for collaboration
Required Qualifications
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
