Job Description

As the Digital Paid Media Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of digital paid media, managing a significant budget to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI. You'll work cross-functionally to align media efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven digital paid media strategy
  • Manage budget allocation and optimize channel mix
  • Use analytics, tracking, and testing to measure performance
  • Lead A/B testing for creative, landing pages, and ad formats
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including pay-per-click management
  • Advanced proficiency in Google, Bing and Meta Ads platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or e-commerce
