Key Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and validate analog, digital, and RF circuitry
  • Lead PCB layout and design for high-reliability, multi-layer boards
  • Integrate sensors and communication modules into systems
  • Develop and integrate RF front-ends and antennas
  • Perform schematic capture, BOM generation, and documentation
  • Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, systems, and test engineers
  • Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMC assessments
  • Support environmental and compliance testing
  • Maintain design documentation and contribute to configuration management

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in microelectronics design and development
  • Proficiency in tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD
  • Solid foundation in analog/digital circuit theory
  • Familiarity with lab testing tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)
  • Understanding of DFM/DFT/DFA best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RF circuit design
  • Knowledge of antenna design and integration
  • Experience designing low power embedded devices
  • Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools
  • Familiarity with military standards (MIL-STD)
  • Background in embedded systems and interface protocols
  • Experience in end-to-end lifecycle development for defense platforms
