Key Responsibilities
Provide facility level oversight of registration, financial counseling, and patient satisfaction
Develop processes to improve Revenue Cycle performance
Participate in customer engagement improvement initiatives
Compile and present department status reports
Maintain facility budget
Oversee workforce management and vendor relations
Drive process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Supervisory/Management role
2+ years of experience working in a Patient Access Dept
Daily commute distance to a facility location in Red Bluff, CA
Willing to work onsite within a hospital client facility setting
Proven flexibility of schedule for 24/7 shift coverage
Preferred Qualifications
Certification within Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
Experience in a client-facing role
Managing in a Union experience
Experience leading or participating in large Patient Access-related IT and/or Contact Center program implementation
Experience with major Patient Access technologies
