Shift: Monday to Friday, 5x8s | 08:15 AM – 05:15 PM
Setting: Clinic-based Outpatient Imaging for Primary Care & Specialty Providers
Duration: 13 weeks, Temp-to-Perm required
Patient Volume: ~25 exams/day
Equipment Used: X-ray only, DR, Epic, Philips PACS
Licensure Required: Active WA License
Certifications Required: BLS (non-expired)
Charting: Epic experience preferred

⚠️ Requirements & Notes

• Local Only: Must live within 50 miles of the facility (proof via driver’s license required)
• Temp-to-Perm REQUIRED – Clinician must be open to converting after 13 weeks
• 1+ Year of Experience
• No Travelers
• No RTO post-submission
• Interview Availability Required: Provide 3 time slots with time zones
• Clinician Statement: Must state they are open to temp-to-perm conversion
