Radiologic Technologist

40 hours/week, Monday through Friday

Hours are usually 8 to 4:30, however are driven by provider and may change slightly, example 7:30 to 4 or 7 to 3:30 or 8:30 to 5 May be asked to work one weekend day every few weeks.
Job Requirements:
2 years of full time Radiologic Technologist experience
Experience with OR Imaging and Diagnostic Imaging
Hospital or Surgical Center experience
Valid ARRT registration, MA License
Equipment Konica Minolta, Philips and GE mobile units Perform high quality diagnostic procedures, applying principles of radiation protection to minimize exposure to patient.
Maintain knowledge of and observe universal precautions and all other precautions determined by New England Baptist Hospital.
Effectively communicate with patients to obtain important clinical information, instruct the patient, relieve anxiety, and gain cooperation during procedures etc.
Understand and apply Guest Relations skills and display excellent customer service skills.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills.
Function effectively under conditions which are often fast paced and stressful.

Facility is not accepting local candidates
Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months.
