Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates while ensuring excellent service and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using various channels
Evaluate client talent requirements and align them with candidate skills
Manage the hiring and placement process
Research, identify, recruit, screen, interview, and select candidates
Develop and execute effective recruiting plans
Prepare candidates for client interviews and present offer packages
Stay informed about market trends and collaborate with Client Solutions Managers
Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and reach
Manage the disciplinary process for talent
Ensure compliance with policies and EEO laws
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of business experience
1+ year in recruiting professional roles
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
