Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Lead Housekeeping Manager, where you will lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment, positively impacting the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff
Perform and lead teams in housekeeping and laundry duties
Lead staff training and quality control sessions
Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment
Act as liaison between building occupants and HCSG staff
Use protective gear and ensure safety precautions
Maintain consistent attendance and timely task completion
Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
Ability to work around food and cleaning products
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area required
