Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments
• Documents patient care given and monitors patient condition
• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient care coordination
• Evaluates learning needs of patients and provides appropriate education
• Acts as an advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being
