Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Warehouse & Logistics to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic improvements in warehouse and distribution performance. This role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring process efficiency, and maintaining high safety and compliance standards while optimizing vendor relationships and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and high performance. Recruit, hire, and develop talent to support distribution goals. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a compliant and healthy work environment. Negotiate with vendors and logistics partners to secure competitive pricing and service levels. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed operational objectives. Design and enforce systems that drive warehouse efficiency and productivity. Maintain accurate inventory tracking and support regular cycle counts. Establish and manage KPIs to measure operational success. Plan for facility and equipment needs to accommodate business growth. Coordinate timely receipt, organization, and storage of products. Perform other duties as required to support warehouse and logistics functions. Qualifications: Proven expertise in warehouse and logistics operations, including refrigerated and frozen product handling. Strong team leadership and process management skills. Proficient in analyzing operations and identifying improvement opportunities. Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, metrics, and performance reports. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience with ERP systems (required). Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 10 years in warehouse/logistics operations with at least 5 years in a senior or management role. Experience in QA or Food Safety at a managerial level A MUST.
