As a Production Supervisor for the third shift, you will lead a team to ensure optimal productivity and quality in line with customer specifications. This role requires effective training, performance management, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Train and provide an environment for employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity
Plan and schedule manpower, materials, product, and machines
Manage employee performance and provide feedback
Promote department and company goodwill through communication
Investigate areas for quality improvement and cost reduction
Promote safety in the working area
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of previous Supervisory experience
Effective communication both orally and in writing
Capable of independent decision making
Must have basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Poultry or food industry experience
Previous leadership skills with 20 or more employees
