Key Responsibilities
Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in multiple grade levels
Deliver designated instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills
Utilize company-provided curriculum to develop and maintain individualized lesson plans
Ensure supervision of students at all times
Perform data entry for student attendance and progress reports
Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences
Establish and maintain student forms and files
Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, teachers, and parents
Differentiate instruction to meet student needs
Engage students and foster critical thinking
Track student progress and maintain records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Valid and current FL Teaching Certificate/Statement of Eligibility
Willingness and ability to teach both Math and Reading/ELA to various grade levels
Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication
