Key Responsibilities
Manage store to achieve growth and profit goals
Accurately report financial measures and transactions
Manage inventory supply
Ensure Quality Control Calls are completed timely
Protect store assets and reconcile inventories
Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates
Schedule associate coverage
Close lease agreements with focus on customer service
Manage renewal activity
Authorize returns focusing on customer relationships
Ensure execution of customer service programs and policies
