Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure guest and employee satisfaction
  • Support direct reports in all operational roles
  • Manage revenue, labor, and COGS
  • Coordinate with culinary lead for quality checks and menu changes
  • Maintain food and beverage menus and promotional materials
  • Manage timecards and payroll guidelines
  • Conduct monthly audits for compliance
  • Recruit, coach, and support team members
  • Create weekly schedules based on business levels

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years leadership experience managing high volume restaurant/bar
  • Bartending and serving experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Food Handler's Certification
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Host/Hostess using OpenTable
  • Experience managing waitlists/reservations
  • Experience as a Food Expeditor
