Key Responsibilities

  • Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching and district meetings
  • Lead Customer Engagement efforts
  • Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
  • Deliver Sysco brand results and manage conversion opportunities
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates
  • Execute territory planning and management

Required Qualifications

  • High School education required
  • 2+ years' experience in foodservice sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use CRM tools for planning and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years' foodservice sales experience
  • Mastery of consultative selling and marketing principles
