Key Responsibilities

  • Collect co-payments and manage cashier box
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Manage medical records and correspondence
  • Establish and maintain relationships with patients and employees

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time to nearby offices
  • Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week between 6:30 am to 5:30 pm PST

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a medical front office or urgent care position
  • 1+ years of related work experience including data entry
  • Prior experience with EMR computer applications
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
