DriveTime is seeking a part-time Loan Advisor to help customers manage their auto loans by collecting payments, negotiating plans, and maintaining positive relationships. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive relationships with customers
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence them to make needed payments
Effectively navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on all loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans, including modifications and deferments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Located on-site in Fort Worth, TX
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
