Job Description

Join Sysco as a Diesel Fleet Mechanic Technician II, where you will ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet through preventive maintenance and expert repairs. Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
Conduct FAI/CVI inspections on all fleet vehicles
Execute quality maintenance repairs on all fleet vehicles
Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write-ups
Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications
Document all work performed on work orders

Required Qualifications

Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training
High school diploma or GED
2-year school and 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
Current and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

ASE certifications; Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
609 HVAC Certification
