Job Description
As the Manager of Sales Mid Markets at Spectrum Business, you will lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, focusing on client education and sales performance. You'll drive team success through mentorship and innovative training while managing key accounts to facilitate growth and meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives and Account Managers
Motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals
Attend sales calls and facilitate team meetings
Assign high-priority clients to qualified team members
Conduct sales activities in compliance with company policies
Provide weekly reports on sales activities and forecasts
Ensure successful sales cycles through coordination with internal teams
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of proven sales leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Team building and management skills
English communication skills
Deadline-driven with team management abilities
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS or CSG
Knowledge of the data and telecommunications industry
