Job Description
Join BAYADA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide compassionate, reliable services in a full-time role. Collaborate with a team of BCBAs while conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and training staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)
Lead group trainings and supervision sessions
Uphold BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
Foster a culture of compassion, excellence, and reliability
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing
Hawai‘i state Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Experience in ABA services behavior analysis
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
