Hybrid Medical & Chiropractic Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated Chiropractic/Medical Assistant to support our clinical team and enhance the patient experience. This is a hybrid role that blends traditional medical assistant duties with hands-on support for chiropractic services.

Key Responsibilities:

Front and Back Office Support:

Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth

Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect co-pays

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Prepare treatment rooms and assist with patient flow

Chiropractic Assistant Duties:

Assist chiropractor with patient therapies (e.g., EMS, ultrasound, heat/ice, traction)

Guide patients through prescribed therapy protocols

Educate patients on exercises and wellness routines as directed

Sanitize equipment and treatment rooms between patients

Medical Assistant Duties:

Room patients, obtain vitals, and document chief complaints

Assist providers with physical exams, injections, and minor procedures

Perform follow-ups, prescription refills, and patient calls

Maintain clinical supplies and ensure exam rooms are stocked and clean

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Chiropractic Assistant, or similar role preferred

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

At least 1-2 years of direct patient care

Comfortable in a busy, team-oriented clinical setting

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to multitask

MUST pass a level 2 background screening/fingerprinting
