Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site escalation point for clinicians seeking technical assistance
Travel on-site within a 50-mile radius to provide IT support
Perform on-site troubleshooting and provide effective communication to customers
Log and record issues and resolutions
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Install workstations, printers, and other equipment
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
Coordinate new access needs and security changes
Ensure security of IT assets and maintain inventory
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
3+ years of full-time work experience in Information Technology
3+ years of experience with providing IT Desktop Support
3+ years of experience installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades
3+ years of experience installing and supporting networked devices
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows Operating System, backup software applications, Cisco Hardware, Microsoft SharePoint, and HP hardware platforms
Access to reliable transportation & a valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
Ability to analyze and create solutions based on data
Time and resource management skills
Strong deductive skills in analyzing systems
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-pressure environment
