Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients under the supervision of a physical therapist

Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License (if practicing within this state)
