Key Responsibilities
Enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws
Facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel
Conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances

Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years
Must be referred before the 40th birthday
Experience in law enforcement methods
Experience in enforcing laws and regulations
Ability to utilize intelligence techniques and behavior analysis
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or higher
LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited institution
Combination of specialized experience and graduate-level education
