As a part-time Recovery Specialist at EOSIS, you'll support individuals during their recovery journey by providing guidance, encouragement, and structure. This role involves interacting with clients, ensuring their safety, and assisting with admissions and discharges, all while making a meaningful impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
Transport clients for admission, discharge, medical appointments, etc.
Provide orientation to new clients
Ensure client safety by making rounds and performing bed checks
Interact with clients to offer support
Assist with admissions and discharge processes
Chart interactions and observations in client records
Attend staff meetings and training as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to work independently
Possess a valid driver's license
Ability to drive a vehicle continuously for up to three hours
Ability to lift and move objects weighing a minimum of 25 pounds
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior work experience in a residential treatment center environment
CPR and first aid certification
