Area Property Manager

Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven property manager to oversee a 72-unit apartment complex and 2–4 nearby smaller properties. You'll lead leasing, operations, and team performance with autonomy, while reporting directly to ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations at the properties
• Oversee leasing, unit turns, maintenance, and resident experience
• Drive performance KPIs including occupancy, turn time, and resident retention
• Supervise and support on-site staff

Requirements:

• 3+ years in multifamily property management (50–150 units)
• Strong AppFolio skills, or similar PMS
• Proven leadership and accountability
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

• $55,000–$70,000 base + bonuses + mileage reimbursement
