Pay Details:

For Local Candidates: $62 - $65/hr . (If your permanent address is within the 60-mile radius from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 60-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $72.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,880.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $40.85
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,634.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,246.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $75.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $3,000.00

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate must have current hospital or medical center OR experience and thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Circulating Nurse during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team.
• Prepare the operating room and verify all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and functional.
• Monitor the patient’s condition before, during, and after surgery, advocating for their needs throughout the perioperative process.

Requirements:

• Active RN license for Iowa / Compact
• BLS Certification
