Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing transformation processes to enhance operational yield performance
Collaborating with plant management and corporate functions to define project scope, process design, capital and expense estimates
Coordinating execution plans with a focus on measurable results
Assessing plant equipment and processes to identify deficiencies and improve raw material usage
Troubleshooting problems, designing solutions, and implementing corrective actions
Developing process designs, equipment specifications, and cost estimates for optimization and new installations
Following up on projects, considering impacts on staff, quality, and safety, and managing budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Using data from equipment and ERP systems to track raw material losses and yield efficiency
Required Qualifications
1-5 years in project engineering roles
Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes
Chemical or Mechanical Engineer Degree
