DriveTime is seeking a Part-Time Loan Advisor to assist customers in maintaining their loans and negotiating payment plans. The role focuses on building relationships while meeting production goals and supporting customers on their path to vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate, negotiate with, and build relationships with customers
Monitor and ensure regular follow up on all loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Located on-site in Fort Worth, TX
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
