Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations and evaluate activities for inpatient and emergency care
Ensure optimal and safe patient care delivery
Conduct performance evaluations and staff development

Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
3 years of directly related experience
RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Basic Arrhythmia Certification within 1 year
PALS certification within 6 months
CPR for Healthcare/BLS within 30 days
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
BSN or MSN
Instructor in BLS, ACLS, PALS and/or TNCC
