• Join a well-established hospitalist group
  - Hybrid position, 50% days and 50% nights
  - Strong base rate with bonus opportunities
  - Average of 18 patients/day and 12 admits/night
  - Closed ICU from 8a-5p
  - Procedures knowledge required; support available during day shift; required overnight
