Key Responsibilities
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage patient check-ins/check-outs and maintain accurate electronic medical records
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
Answer phones and assist with inquiries
Support smooth clinic operations
Collaborate with clinicians and specialists
Rotate between front desk, phones, and back-end support
Required Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare front desk or medical call center setting
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
Strong multitasking skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
