Join Buckhead Meat and Seafood as an FSQA Technician to ensure compliance with food safety and quality assurance standards. You will monitor critical FSQA programs, assist in employee training, and collaborate across departments to support quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor FSQA programs including HACCP, sanitation, pest control, and product quality assurance
Assist in Employee Training of FSQA Programs
Assist in Implementation of Independent FSQA Audit Program
Assist in product evaluations and communication with suppliers/customers
Support management during emergencies
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in meat and/or seafood industry
Formal job training in TQM principles, SPC, HACCP concepts
Ability to write reports and present information
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
