A growing financial services firm is seeking an Onboarding Operations Coordinator to support the integration of new advisors and advisory firms into internal systems. This is a key opportunity to join a client-focused team that ensures a smooth and efficient transition experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in financial services, brokerage, banking, or operational support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret financial reports
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Series 7 license is a plus
Retirement planning certifications are helpful
