Key Responsibilities
Manage 2 long-term care units
Mentor and teach staff to validate care processes
Ensure adequate staffing and exemplary patient care
Participate in leadership team responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education sufficient for licensure
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
5 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing
2 years in Long Term care setting including end of life care
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
1 year of experience with palliative care programs
