📌 Position Summary: - Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Shift: Nights, 3x12s
- Facility Type: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) / Rehabilitation Hospital (Select Medical)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)
- Guaranteed Hours: Full-time
🏥 Unit & Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate)
- Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Initiate discharge planning upon admission
- Act as a resource and leader for LPNs, CNAs, and new staff
- Communicate patient status to the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in team conferences and rehabilitation planning
- Maintain safety awareness (10-Foot Circle of Safety, infection control, fall prevention, etc.)
- May assume charge RN duties after orientation
✅ Requirements: - Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of bedside RN experience
- ICU experience required
- Certifications:
- BLS – required before first shift
- ACLS – required before first shift (for CIRH only)
