The Client Engagement Specialist serves as the main point of contact for clients at The Jewish Board, ensuring excellent customer service and facilitating access to outpatient services. This role involves managing calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with clients and clinic staff, all while fostering a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, return, and screen calls/requests
Collect and scan documentation and co-pays
Check clients in/out and schedule appointments
Document communications with clients
Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms
Perform data entry and routine office tasks
Assist with client inquiries and appointment changes
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual preferred
Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours
