Job Description
Join Right At School as a Part-Time Educator and inspire a love of learning in children through engaging before and after school programs. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for students in the Mannheim School District.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily program meetings to review goals and updates
Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
Monitor the environment and follow all safety protocols
Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
Required Qualifications
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
Works well in a team environment
At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
Ability to lift 25lbs
Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
Ability to meet state-specific requirements
First Aid and CPR certification
Cleared tuberculosis test
18+ years of age
Proof of High School diploma/GED
