Job Description
Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor where you'll help customers manage their auto loans while maintaining positive relationships. This role involves negotiating payment plans and finding solutions to assist customers in achieving vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and build relationships with customers to influence them to make payments
Utilize company resources to assist customers with timely payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
