Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Residential Care Facility Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. Enjoy a supportive team atmosphere while making a positive impact on the community.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms and common areas
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any issues to the supervisor
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies
Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and guests
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds
Ability to push/pull 50 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
Ability to work around cleaning products
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience
