Key Responsibilities
Provide spiritual care support and guidance that honors patient beliefs and values
Develop, implement, and supervise the spiritual needs of patients and families
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field
2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting
Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying
Reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services
