Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and assessment of Missile Defense systems
Model, analyze, and assess fielded systems for improvement opportunities
Propose and develop innovative concepts/algorithms for enhanced capabilities
Communicate technical recommendations through presentations to leadership
Participate in collaborative teams and uphold core values
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or equivalent degree
1+ years of experience in a professional engineering setting with Department of Defense focus
Proficiency in MATLAB for modeling and simulation
Ability to excel in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance and ultimately a Top Secret level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Domain knowledge of Missile Defense Agency, Navy, Army, or Space Force systems
Experience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary analyses
Proficiency using version control software for MATLAB simulations
Proficiency in developing event-driven simulations using object-oriented programming
Top Secret or higher clearance
