Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled OR RN to provide safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care throughout the perioperative period. This role includes scrubbing, circulating, and assisting in the recovery room as needed. The RN will collaborate closely with the perioperative team, maintain confidentiality, and support the mission and values of the organization. CNOR certification is preferred, and COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct perioperative patient care, including scrubbing, circulating, and PACU support.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to policies, procedures, and EMR standards (Cerner).
• Participate in ongoing professional development and compliance training.
• Support patient safety, infection control, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Active state RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of perioperative nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• CNOR preferred.

Additional Information:

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Holiday coverage may be required.
