Shift: 3x12s Nights, 6:45p-7:15a
Ratios: 1RN-5pts. If floated 1RN-7pts
Weekend REQ: 4 weekend shifts per Month. Shift will be the same time the traveler typically works, 6:45a-7:15p Day Shift and 6:45p-7:15a Night Shift
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, they will need to be able to float to other Behavioral Health units including BHU and CDU.

Required/Preferred
Years of experience REQ: 2
First-time travelers accepted (Y/N): Yes, but travel experience is preferred.
License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start yes
Certifications REQ: BLS
Certifications Preferred: Safety Care (facility can provide during 1st month of being on site if traveler does not have)
Experience/Skills REQ: Behavioral Health 2 years’ experience
Experience/Skills Preferred: Safety Care Trained, Prefer Psych ED and EmPATH experience

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Yes, but approval by manager prior to assignment must be obtained
Local Radius: 60 miles
Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate

Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
