Job Description
Join Staples as a Retail Sales Supervisor and lead your team to drive customer engagement and sales in a dynamic retail environment. You'll provide exceptional service, coach team members, and play a key role in store operations while enjoying flexible hours and great benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front store operations
Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service
Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Perform Floor Leader role
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the stores needs
Effective communication skills
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
